President & CEO has over 31 years experience in the Aerospace industry working as a contractor and government consultant for DoD, NRO and NASA programs. This history has evolved from the detailed design and development of aerospace components, to spacecraft conceptual designing, and then to the technical and program management of critical space assets. For the last 20 years Mr. Lochmann has functioned as a consultant to several government space programs and managed a program office for The Aerospace Corporation. As a Program Manager Mr. Lochmann was responsible for the oversite and quality of work of 33 engineers which were either under direct report or matrixed engineering support. Specific consultant related responsibilities involved providing technical guidance to the government on all aspects of a space program that required integration into the contractor’s technical and program management organizations as a participating team member while maintaining the customer’s best interest as a first priority. Mr. Lochmann received a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University at Long Beach in 1973 with a concentration in machine design. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles in 1967 with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering. |

Human Resource Manager has over 14 years experience in the Aerospace industry working as a Personnel Administrator/Manager and DoD Security Officer. While her background includes working for both Tecolote Research, Inc. and Spectrum Astro, Inc., most recently, she has functioned as the Human Resource and Security Manager for Broad Reach Engineering Company in Arizona. Ms. Ratay’s specific responsibilities have included all aspects of human resources including the recruitment of personnel, maintenance of all employee-related files, implementation and maintenance of all employee benefit programs, adherence to government-related and equal opportunity guidelines, as well as payroll administration and employee-management relations. In addition, Ms. Ratay has served as Facility Security Officer performing
all security-related duties with respect to personnel and facility
clearances. Her background also encompasses other areas related to
government contracting including contract management and employee
travel administration with strict adherence to Federal Travel Regulations.
